Our Mission

Preshtha Health to get a State Level Health Card which enables you to get 10% to 50% discount on Medical Facilities available with Preshtha Foundation. We have thousands of Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals to help poors and helpless people who are not able to get Medical facilities due to poorness.

Our Vision

Preshtha Health is a unit of "Nityanandan Foundation". Our Organisation has been conducting Social Welfare, Social upliftment, Education & Health.At the same time, the organisation has started its Health project in 2024. In the project we appoint two Panchayat Development Manager in every Panchayat. These Panchayat Development Manager makes people aware about the Preshtha Health Card and Its benefits
